Ingredients
- 1.5 cups organic oats
- 1 cup organic oat flour*
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar*
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup LittleOak Toddler Milk
- 1 cup strawberry chia jam*
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add mashed bananas and toddler milk, and stir to combine.
- Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper, and evenly spread 3/4 of the batter into the pan. Spread chia jam on top.
- Dollop the remaining 1/4 batter on top and distribute in chunks. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into bars & wrap!
*oat flour made by grinding oats in a blender
*coconut sugar is optional and can be omitted for under 2
*make chia jam in advance by heating 1 cup strawberries and 2 tbsp chia seeds in a pot
